Clean-up vs facial — what's the difference?
A clean-up (30 min) covers cleansing, scrub and mask — maintenance. A facial adds facial massage, serum and targeted treatment (60+ min) — visible glow. Monthly facial + mid-month clean-up is the gold standard.
I have acne — can I still get a facial?
Yes, but tell us first. We'll skip comedogenic products, avoid steam on active breakouts and choose an anti-acne mask. With active severe acne, we may honestly advise seeing a dermatologist first.
