Nothing special — we provide disposables and towels. Skip heavy meals right before, and give yourself 15 unhurried minutes after. That's it.
When should a bride do body polish?
2–4 days before the first function — skin looks its absolute best 48 hours after a polish, and any mild redness has fully settled.
